Dancehall Trip to JAMAICA 2018

Join us in Jamaica for 12 days and train with numerous different dancehall dancers while gaining a deeper understanding of the culture and lifestyle of Dancehall. We will be enjoying Kingston’s vibing dancehall parties under the night sky. You will discover the beauty of this island with excursions taking you to the tropical waterfalls, the breezy Blue Mountains and the wonderful beaches of Jamaica. You will learn about Jamaican culture through a variety of activities and get a taste of some traditional dishes, and much more!

 

Dance classes

You have the opportunity to learn many Dancehall styles. Classes ranging from Roots Reggae to New-school Dancehall and from technique to street flow. You will be taking classes in studios including DanceJa and Dance Xpressionz, as well as in the dancers’ communities and on the beach.

 

Parties

Get to witness the dynamic of dancehall parties where dancers, selectors, video man, promoter and supporters make it an unforgettable and unique experience like nowhere else in the world.

 

 

 

Excursions

From the green hills, to the stunning waterfalls and the beautiful beaches, our organized excursions will allow you to discover the variety and charming spirit of this small island.

 

Accommodation

Belleh House is a guesthouse accommodating dancers from all over the world which provides shared bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and indoor or outdoor training areas with mirrors.

If payment is completed by February 1st of 2018 you can receive an early booking discount.

 

The registration deadline is March 1st 2018.
